电话里订好三人房间，开车跑好远到地方说找不到钥匙了。退房时等好久，客房保洁下来说毛巾脏了，其实就是毛巾一角埃到地上有点灰尘，水一冲就干干净净了，她宁可下来找客人陪也不愿意用水冲一下看看，说她不负责洗，我真无语了！
