又一次被艺龙放了飞机，订了两个房间，有一个房间没下单，幸好当天不是节假日，还有空余的房间，不然就真的麻烦死了！已经第二次出现漏单的情况了 ，真的需要好好投诉一下，这样子的服务怎么行呢？！酒店的客服倒是很不错的，安抚我情绪，还很耐心，还帮我安抚宝宝，收到订单后也是安排很迅速，马上能上房，还很主动帮我们搬行李，房间设施跟齐全，空间也大，卫生也很好，虽然那天天气潮湿，但房间的设施都很清爽，不潮湿，唯一不足就是只配了一个房卡，分开出门比较不方便……去华侨城大峡谷还有车接送，挺方便的……
