因为价格的原因一间房我2天被迫订了二次。我还没有退房服务员把我的鞋祙充电器都拿走了，我查问后才拿回来。我在网上支付宝付款1天，次日在酒店又刷卡付第二天。退房结算时硬要我在500元押金中再扣1天238元。住房2天付3天的錢！爭执半天还是扣付了3天。当我要离开时总台发现我的刷卡单据，退款238元，連个对不起都不会说。在有电脑的条件下管理之混乱让人难易恭维！

酒店设施尚可以，地板破旧了改換了。主要问题东座有早歺，西座没有，而艺龙网上只能订西座，不能订东座。艺龙客户是二等公民！此政策不改，我不是方弃酒店就是方弃艺龙，因为我们被岐视。

距离火车站、汽车站、口岸都非常的近。一开始没有很大的期待，但是入住之后觉得很满意，房间很大、干净、无异味，床也还算舒服，价格合适，非常超值。下一次还会继续选择。只是从东翼到西翼的位置不是非常好找，不过前台和服务员都有给予相应的指引。周围吃东西的地方也挺多，味道也不错。
