酒店地理位置优越，除了无敌海景，后面还是琨鹏径可以徒步。房间安静乾净舒适，床垫很舒服，空调也非常优秀。酒店的早餐很丰盛，感觉自己在喝早茶一样。

环境：好！海边好漂亮，适合亲子与情侣，餐厅与露营也很吸引，主要时间关系我们没有下海边玩，下次还会再来！海边的小火车也能为长者提供更人性化的服务！

主要就是风景好，地理位置好，酒店的服务约等于没有，两点准时到，前台告知房间没有好，我据理力争才给我安排下去，问我是哪个平台，我説携程，并且我是金钻用户，她们就赶快安排，如果不是呢？前台服务人员小姐全程臭脸，办理退房时也是同一个人，没有笑容和礼貌用语，倒是挺会摆臭脸！收着五星级酒店的价格，却远远比不上连锁五星的服务，如果不是风景好，应该不会有这么多人。还有就是停车混乱，两点到达的时候车位根本都不够，停在了非车位的地方。提前问住客能否预约，也是不能，还开放外部车辆停，酒店住客不该优先吗？

带阳台的房间很nice，躺在床上就可以看海，还有无边用泳池，秋千，礁石，可以赶海，非常出片，服务员小姐姐态度好，很贴心

住的主楼，除了没阳台其他都很好，一线海景，房间乾净整洁，客房服务及时。适合带娃同行，有个迷你动物园，虽小但孩子很欢乐。有泳池，有网红小火车，有露营地，有沙滩，桨板，浮潜。配套还是很完善的。
