订了两个晚上4间房，到店只给一个晚上，说是早就告知艺龙没有两晚。怕塞车请了半天假，午饭后就出发，到店2:30，因为房间问题和艺龙一直交涉到5点半才入住，并且还是只有一晚的房。这什么平台啊，艺龙太没信用，欺骗顾客，最后把我们赶到另外一家，我们一行3个孩子，4位老人，一个孕妇，来来去去不停颠簸。你艺龙就补个住房差价就了事，太没职业道德。如此爽约的行为，难道你们不该负责第二晚的费用吗？我会投诉到底的。致电客服，那个臭态度。
