地处大芬油画村附近，旁边及周边吃东西的地方很多，临近公交站，出行方便，但是房间内的卫生较差，很多蚊子，朋友说第一晚几乎没睡。

房间有蟑螂，吹风机坏了，只能第二天提供，没有备用的。有停车场，位置还不错，油画村对面。没有早餐，旁边的早茶还不错！另外窗户的扣锁都是坏的！
