    This is the second time staying at this hotel. The location is near MTR stations and near Futian checkpoints. The food choices are better here than the other UrCove that we’ve stayed. Will definitely staying here again.

    A couple of days before check-in, we changed our reservation to a higher-class room, but upon check-in, we were checked into a regular room, but when contacting the hotel staff, at first they did not want to understand our problem. After this incident, they didn't even apologize to us until we said that we would leave a bad review about this situation. Only then we were offered to carry our luggage and free breakfasts. After such situations, we no longer want to stay in the hyatt hotel chain, I recommend everyone to find analogues so as not to encounter such situations. There was also a smell of smoking in the room, although the room was non-smoking and very loud.

    The location was so good and customers’ service was so great since there were some troubles when just check in but the staff provide appropriate compensation and good response for the trouble.
