服务热情周到 ，进大厅服务员就主动帮我拉箱子 ，免费服务的。我提出要求，前台服务员又帮我免费升级了房间，感觉很温馨。房间空间很大 ，卫生干净，卫生间淋浴水量很大，空调恒温，温度适中。出来就是银湖地铁站，对面是笔架山公园，空气好，适合散步。交通方便，是闹中取静的好地方。

就在银湖地铁口，交通便利；附近吃饭的地方不算多，不过汽车站附近，快餐还是有的。印象中房间没有不干净的地方，也比较安静，床符合维也纳一贯标准，睡得比较安稳，在深圳算性价比很高了，推荐
