环境装潢没得说，很好！但是第二天退房的时候竟然告诉我押金也被刷成了消费，还得提供另外银行卡号（我刷的是信用卡）并且要十个工作日内才能到账，但是当晚前台告诉我是会直接退到信用卡里的，这两人说话都不一致，前台给了我一个电话要我回去拿卡直接报给前台（当时我没带银行卡在身上），我回去打电话给前台的时候竟然又要求我发银行卡信息给她一个手机，我当时就来火了，“你就不能拿笔记一下吗？？”靠，一天的好心情算毁了

这次带儿子到深圳，在艺龙上订的维也纳酒店性价比较高，卫生干净，床够大，房间也不小，设备都比较新，服务员态度好，不错的选择，好评！

很久懶的評論了，但是這次維也納值得我評論一下。
本來對維也納印象一般，但是這間真心不錯，床相當舒服，前台服務也相當好，週邊吃的多，如果有需要到附近出差值得推薦。
