招待客户入住该酒店，在网上续费，并致电通知前台。前台爱理不理，后来为稳妥起见，又打过去，前台装作郑重确认。结果下午一点前台又打电话到我客户房间要退还是续。客户于是问我付过房费没有，搞得我十分尴尬！！这几天客户入住体验也极其差，有一次出现问题，前台居然带着保安去客户房间论理，架势非常吓人！后来了解到这家其实只是加盟店，管理和服务不是用维也纳标准，纯粹是酒店老板定的规则。以后绝对不会招待客户去住了！！！

这家只是维也纳的加盟店，挂着维也纳的牌子，但其实管理不是按照维也纳的通行标准。非常不人性化，服务态度极其差，处理问题的方式极其野蛮，只是访客来访时间超过半小时，前台就带着保安冲上楼来论理，架势还十分蛮横。住宿体验十分不愉快！再也不会来了！非常不推荐各位入住。
