因为酒店近目的地，第一次选择了维也纳。今天退房比较迟，走在过道上，闻到少许刺激气味，发现原来是酒店员工在认真清洗房间。我比较重品质，品质好，其它方面都不会差到那里（事实上，这次的住宿各方面都满意）。从那一刻，我认同该酒店，个人看法，有维也纳的目的地，它应该是最佳的选择！

前台服务不错，但是早餐服务很糟糕。早餐品种也很差。客房隔音不行，旁边一关门就被吵醒。客服服务员每天都会把我前一天的拖鞋，拆掉的肥皂，梳子扔掉，我觉得很浪费，没必要。总体是3星的价格，2星的服务水平。充满了乡土气息的酒店

酒店跟踪服务很好，有专门客户经理跟进客户入住后，谢谢那位女经理给我打电话，可以办理贵宾卡，偶尔出差得到如此待遇，衷心感谢。
