通过同程订的酒店，酒店容易找，在二道街，由于是淡季，和家人住2晚330多，出门就是商业中心，但酒店的设施不全，达不到三星标准，房间没有矿泉水，不提供茶叶，电水壶内水垢很多，我洗了三遍，空调不能使用，房间内暖气少晚上睡觉偏冷，电视频道不到10个台，洗脸盆笼头出水非常小，有洗澡盆但老旧且是固定花洒，洗澡不方便，最后退房时说不能开发票，原因是我订的是特价房，想问下酒店，国家规定特价房不开发票？？不满意不推荐！

首次入住后能开房门却取不了电，好不容易有电了，出去玩了一圈回来又取不了电了，蛮醉的。想要洗澡，放了半小时黄得发黑的锈水。电视只能看三个台，第二天一早因为房间暖气被酒店关了而冻醒。
退房的时候遇到有刚来的旅客问房价，比我提早一个月在网上定的要便宜了一半不止(立马查了一下实时的网络报价，还是我订的那个价格)，瞬间觉得被坑惨了。
