该酒店存在多次压付酒店预付金的现象，已在该平台提交预付担保金，该该平台显示只需到店房费即可。到店时，工作人员未说明情况就要求再次支付预付押金，离店时，问其原因，其中一名工作人员耐心解释，另一名工作人员回答：住过酒店的人就应该知道的啊！请问该酒店对于客人提出的疑问不应该给予合理解释，员工对于客人的服务就是冷嘲热讽的吗？
