位置很好，客服回复很快么订了三天，天天锁密码，很烦，亲戚每天回来都不能直接进门。房间超简陋，马桶和脑袋平行。不建议订这个户型

提前一天预定了下午两点入住，去到的时候是图片所展示的情况，那好，管家说叫清洁阿姨过来打扫，于是我就没说什么，就等她们过来打扫，但是到了下午四点多，阿姨才过来。
我就坐着干等，联系管家，每次就说阿姨在路上了，在路上了，我真的不知道阿姨是航班被取消了还是在路上塞车了，如果确实还不能过来，为什么要欺骗消费者，如果不能按时交房，为什么要安排房间出来。
有哪个酒店是十二点不能入住的，有哪个酒店是四点钟了还安排客人在脏房间里干坐，我们不是发脾气的人，可真的是忍无可忍，酒店前台一直在把我们当三岁小孩耍。
想打消费者协会电话投诉，无奈昨日是周末，无人上班。酒店的问题让我们无法准时入住，可酒店人员竟毫无歉意，觉得我们是过来求着他们消费的吗？真的是本末倒置了吧，到底谁是上帝！我不知道他们遇到的不是我们两个小女子，而是几个大男人，还会不会有那么好脾气。
不过看酒店前台对于不能准时交房，房间还是脏的没打扫这一问题表示很淡定，难道这种事情经常发生？对于房间太多阿姨打扫不过来忙不过来这可以成为酒店无视消费者的原因？难道我们花钱消费还要考虑到你们酒店忙不过来？而让我们去通融一下？
不想说太多，但实在太气愤！希望其他消费者前车之鉴，慎重选择。
