第一次入住，本来订的是家庭房。下午5点到前台办理入住，前台人员告知，由于家庭房客人刚退房。还没打扫干净。于是，给我们升级为豪华房。服务员七拐八拐的把我们带到豪华房。整个过程需要转一次电梯，感觉是从东走到西，转电梯后又从西走到东。太折腾了。房间相当潮湿，本以为开开会空调就好，哪知道我们吃完饭两个多小时回来后还是潮湿无比，床单被单都是湿的。问前台说是已经没有抽湿机了。只能要求调房间。调完之后好多了。第一次住那么折腾的酒店。但服务人员都不错。

很适合带小朋友入住，酒店的一切设施都是孩子得天堂，很多小细节非常贴心，包括两个宝宝牙刷，宝宝马桶垫。只是建议酒店更换下吹风机啊，太老旧
