真的要给个大大的赞给服务 因为随行有小孩就加了个婴儿床 而且妈妈腰不好 和前台说要硬一点的床垫 客房服务给了一个大大的床板 真的为了很用心 谢谢你们

酒店设施不错，housekeeping有待提升，打扫灯亮起两个多小时还是没人来打扫，服务人员会在走廊大声呼喊，不顾客人休息，这个价位服务质量不应该是这样。

酒店很偏僻！非常安静！餐厅服务生态度很差！酒店游泳池就是个培训基地很多培训班！造成游泳池的水脏得无比.算是住过最差的雅诗阁酒店了.

不好，酒店说的是71平米，实际上没这么大。被子是潮湿的，床很矮，基本在地上了。水龙头居然在房间外面，不值这么多钱。大堂很阴暗！
