前期网上订的有窗，到现场说只有无窗的，不开心，后面交涉很久自己补差价入住了有窗的，入住花了很久时间，后面跟艺龙协商，艺龙说把差价给我，其他还好，性价比比较高，下面吃的不要太多了

第一次入住好评，第二次差评，艺龙上订时显示房间有窗，到酒店说178才有窗，我们定的168没窗，要我们跟艺龙沟通，要么加10块钱给换。跟艺龙交涉后最终给安排了有窗的房间。还发现枕套上污迹很明显…下次不再住了
