这次订酒店很麻烦，第三平台不能同时订2间不同房型，平台售后客服又没帮忙解决退款或者预订房间的问题，我自己电话跟酒店前台联系2次就帮我解决了。希望第三平台客服解决问题的时候不要只是说对不起，这么简单的还要我们打电话，以后是不是找酒店订房间更好一点。有问题解决问题，又不肯退钱，又不肯处理问题就是霸文条款了。
