酒店时日已久，设施很旧就不在话下，且因为时间久了，员工管理混乱，气焰极其过盛，对顾客和酒店本身缺乏基本的尊重和敬畏，某位姓钱的号称前台经理更是表现出为官本色，对来访的顾客极其大牌及用词粗鄙：把人清出去，从来没在正规一点的酒店连锁听到这样用词。估计习惯性颐指气使了。什么样带头人就有什么样团队，服务不要和什么比，连如家精选都不如。也折射出团队缺乏监管，想怎样就怎样。奉劝大家，尤其是商务trip，要谨慎，花这样的成本去享受这样的服务和硬件，真的有点莫名其妙
