这是第N次入住了，综合4.8分。扣0.2分，扣除在服务上：服务速度反应感知慢，比如少了洗发水（补齐后如图），电话沟通后，不是3～5分钟送来，是十几分钟。 客房毛巾折叠没形状，会让人不放心，担心脏的，有时房间少手巾。打扫好的房间，抽屉纸没有补满，用十几抽就没有了（如图）。 但是服务态度还是很好的。这些不用额外成本的服务软实力，希望改进。 默认14点退房，这个很赞，综合推荐。

住过很多次酒店，这家酒店让我眼前一亮，酒店在蛇沿山路，属于南山区，周边有家火锅店值得推荐，个人住酒店最注重的就是卫生，房间卫生干净整洁，床上用品选品还不错，睡起来还算比较柔软舒适，酒店整体在周边同等价位中算性价比最好的吧，个人意见仅供参考。

和同事过来深圳总公司出差开会，总公司帮忙订了， 这家酒店的卫生还是挺好的，过关。前台的服务员态度不错，也很有礼貌。
房间也挺大的，不会感到压抑，也很安静。
