位置挺好的，在地铁站附近，属于新区。离开万象城也不远。公寓在一个楼盘里面，样子比较家庭式。由厨房、卫生间、阳台。阳台的风景倒是不错。卫生只能说一般般吧，没有太干净，角落由小虫子。凑合睡一晚还是可以的。这家可以开发票，商务出行比较方便。

就是南山科技园，去客户处比较方便。和周边房价比较，价格还算比较合适，不过就是一般小区改的公寓，离地铁站比较近
