这里处理入住的前台服务员完全没有要求客人排队的意识的，各位不要像我那么傻等了20分钟，尽管打尖去，不然太亏了

离深圳北站还是有段距离的，虽然有地铁但是带娃不太方便，吃的东西很多，要是赶动车还是在北站附近的比较好

不明白网上订的退房时间为什么和酒店的退房时间不一致，11点就吹退房，办理入住时，我在网上明明订的是含早餐，办里入住时要早餐卷一起，居然告诉我没有，我说明明订的时候有，然后又告诉我有了，催退房也告诉我网上订和他们酒店是不一样的，真是莫名其妙

网上说好的36平米，到手的房间最大也就30平米，前台说他们最大的房也只有30平。有窗是有窗，封死了而已。最最致命的，空调好像比较旧，制冷很慢，而且也不行。开起来，风小（尽管我已经开到最大），风也不是很冷，风向也不能调，整晚的温度最低也只能维持27，28度。唯一一点比较好的，房间的器具像水壶，水龙头，马桶的看着很新。没有下次。
