这次入住不太愉快，前台人员让报身份证号码来核对是否正确，这个可以理解，但是核对好了之后还说不能入住，理由竟然是本人和身份证照片不符，明明是同一个人，这理由太可笑，后来另一个前台人员过来一看就说是本人，建议这方面培训要做好！不然太失礼了！

酒店16年才装修的，比较新，门面在装修，早上有一点点影响，不过可以忽略。早餐比较丰富，如果在口岸停留一晚很方便的住处选择安心舒适，周边配套齐全。还有湘菜馆解馋，周边地铁方便，去罗湖四个站点，老街三个。下次会考虑继续预订。
