硬件和软件都比较差，老酒店了，位置最好，还特意订了比较大的房，价格六百多，开门后太失望了！晚上睡觉就惨了，那床呀摇晃的厉害，不知道吵的隔壁能睡觉不！下次多花两百订好点的！

酒店离巴士站不远，附近有不少餐饮，楼下有麦当劳和KFC，邻旁就是奥特莱斯和大梅沙海滨公园入口。房间面向海景，风景很好，房内设施齐备，有备用雨伞给客人使用，干净整洁没异味。入住和退房比较快捷，比较不满的是退房后迟迟没收到押金，致电酒店，说是网站问题，态度不耐烦，只会说再等几天。打给艺龙，艺龙说是酒店未处理，一个推一个。前后共打了三次电话给网站和酒店，最终我第六天才收到款。
