前台服务差，网上预订后，前台说没有这个订单，而且没有那个房型，也没有那个价格，让我自己打电话找网站解决。明明在网上挂出的，为何不认账？有问题为何让消费者去解决，而不是他们去和网站解决呢？最后前台来了句，不是你一个遇到这样的问题，之前也有。。
