因为是十一，价钱应该是涨了的，但是环境和位置都不错，临海，去码头什么的也挺方便的，周围都是大排档，晚上在附近转转也不错，里面的设施也挺好的，空间也挺大的，卫生间超大，平时价钱应该会便宜点，还是挺值的~
