房间干净漂亮舒适，宽敞明亮，设施齐全。 位置好，国贸地铁站E出口走几十米就到，酒店两边饮食丰富，茶餐厅面食馆小吃店应有尽有。对面金光华广场，购物娱乐为一体，有电影院，《中国医生》的电影票一票难求。 下午延时到两点退房，晚上的飞机加了个钟点房，悠哉悠哉的坐了地铁到机场，优点是时间比较好掌握，不塞车。 很愉快的旅程，很赞。

床上的被单比较脏，浴室的热水需要放六分钟的水，且洗浴用品均已过期三年已久，无浴室拖鞋，房间内的充电器需要交钱才可使用，平均五分钟一块钱。不推荐大家来在家酒店住

酒店地理位置很不错，吃喝玩都很方便，靠近地铁1号线、9号线，不想坐地铁可以打车都很方便，离国贸，金光华广场，罗湖火车站，东门老街等一些景点地铁也方便去，我们带着孩子去选择了大床房，房间整体很不错，卫生间和浴室干湿分离，前台的人员都很客气，主要还是要说明一下，我们早上火车直接去的酒店基本上没有怎么等待就办理入住酒店，楼层的阿姨打扫卫生也不错，人也很客气，酒店所有的员工整体素质都很不错，可以放心入住哈！

这家酒店周围交通便利，临近公交站便于出行；地理位置优越，酒店环境整洁，房间布局经济实惠，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，随处碰到的工作人员都会跟你打招呼问好特别热情。酒店的各处细节都处理的恰到好处，价格也很合理；当你退房的时候也会有服务人员赠送小礼物（水杯），让我感到温暖。酒店各处布满WiFi且信号良好，房间内卫生良好，没有异味，要重点提一下酒店新装修应该才一两年，设备都很新。洗手间干湿分离，这样就可以保持沐浴以外的场所干燥卫生。
