首先酒店的位置比较优越和好找，就在路边文蔚大厦。先是在网站交够了押金，去到酒店后又要押一付一，不然不给入住，而且网站这里交的全款也不能退，意思不住也不能退。只好又交了押金和房费，接着前台要求登记各种证件，手机号，车牌号等，说是丢了东西忘记拿会打电话通知，结果第二天早上起来得比较早，八点多办理退房，衣服和戒指忘记拿了，直到下午也没有接到任何酒店的电话通知我说我的物品忘记拿了，我自己又返回酒店想拿回落下的物品，酒店回答说，把我的衣物丢了，估计找不到了，多次要求要找回，等了一个多小时才从垃圾堆里把我的衣物捡回来

酒店的位置特别好，就在地铁出口处很好找，但是周边没有什么吃饭的地方，可能是我们没有找到吧，吧台的服务很不错，免费帮我们寄存了几天行李，谢谢🙏
