酒店设施一般，服务很不错，对面中山公园环境很好，工作之余可以去走走。特别说明的是，所谓精品房，有窗户的，也是无法开启的，除了利用空调外，基本只能开门通风。

酒店对待艺龙的客户，偷换房型 ，大床房变成小黑屋，无窗全霉味，既然已经错了，且没有房间可以换就应该态度好一点，可前台硬是强词夺理，非要把小黑屋说成是有窗的大床房。
床单也还有污物
