长期在外旅游出差，希尔顿 半岛 四季 或 七天 汉庭酒店等都有住过。这次真的是让我开眼了———半夜2点，前台电话过来催你付费 ，说当天的房费没给，事实是我前一天在携程上预定了房间，但是没注意是需要在前台就付费的。那么问题来了：我登记入住的时候怎么不跟我说明需要提前付费！房间开好了我半夜休息打电话让下楼交钱！不能拖到第二天，找了个员工上来理论，理亏回去后在半夜两点半再次打电话来辩解说是我这边的问题！总的来说内部管理和员工培训相当糟糕！
