订了2天，凌晨办理入住时出现了点问题，但早上到前台反应了情况，前台白白的帅哥马上给我第二天免费升级了他们酒店最好的房间 网上定都要460多的！有的酒店出了问题，直接道歉就没有了！这个点你们做的很好！

服务还好吧，我分开两个订单订，每个一天，每次需要分别办理。
入住第二天去再次办理入住，跟前台顺便说下我是另一个订单。前台女士略黑脸说：你是特价房，还需要再拿身份证入住！
我本来就拿了身份证和房卡，只是随口说方便前台理解快速办理，前台不知是不是遇到过客人无理取闹想多了。住酒店多次了，每次需要身份证办理入住还是知道的。套房不再需要身份证了？还是特价房受歧视？不是无事生非，前台说话令人不舒服。
设施不错，自动窗帘先进。
位置不错，离地铁站近。
出门便有24小时便利店，只是不知价格合理不。

很不错！干净卫生。离龙城广场很近，宝宝最好奇的是打开水就有轻音乐。

唉 住了那么多家丽枫酒店 唯独这家让我彻底失望 刚进房间 厕所地板就有一大股便味 特别难闻 然后打电话让服务员来清理用消毒水帮我们洗了一次 接下来厕所就是一大股消毒水味稍微掩盖了便味 除此之外酒店的床垫真的是非常＂灵活＂ 轻轻坐在上边都会移一下位 而且这些就算了 床单还不太干净 睡得我痒痒的 想想都有点恶心 至于周边环境吧 酒店就是3层楼 其他都是别的公司或者娱乐场所了 人员比较杂乱 但是上住房层需要刷卡这个也还可以 总而言之 下次我是不会愿意再来了
