这应该是有史以来最糟糕的一次住店体验。本来订该酒店是因为离妇幼医院近，考虑家属熬夜陪护很辛苦，订间房可以好好休息一下，也许因为是网上订购的原因，酒店各种刁难，老人家忘带身份证，我们说提供号码给他们，另一个家属拿身份证担保都不不行，还一副爱住不住的态度，实在是非常气愤。因为是特价房也不能退，只能这么浪费了。这样的店家，永远不会再去第二次，这样的服务着实罕见。

一般般，里面的墙壁都坏了的，还有住四晚，一次性的拖鞋都没有换过，男士剃须刀有也不给房间配，总的来说，下次不会选择了！

非常非常差，去入住，两人，一人忘记带证件，手机又没电，不能入住，这个我理解，然后说退房，要联系艺龙，最后沟通说他们联系，我们就走了，第二天打电话给艺龙，说是我们没到，房间保留整完，要扣全款，又打去酒店两次，说不是你们说联系艺龙退房吗？说答复，然后到现在一直没答复
