给最差评，无论是艺龙还是富驿。其实酒店设施与地理环境都相当不错，但关键是艺龙与富驿两边渠道连接出现严重问题。入住开始造成查询不了订单，离开造成客户开不了发票。这是深圳出差五天第一次遇到这样的问题。但这些又由全付款的消费者承担。这个怎么都说不过去。艺龙该检讨，酒店该反思。毕竟，我在其他同样性质的酒店没遇见这个问题。另外，押金问题，前台也没提醒，要到我最后交涉完艺龙，自己发现又再次走到前台，才完毕。

靠窗位置再加一张小圆桌和二个凳子方便喝喝茶或咖啡就比较理想了！位置不错！其它的不好也不坏，可以更加完善一些的
