下午已经订好，去到却告知没房了，由于带着老人和小孩子，最后服务员态度也很不错帮忙加了个小床，环境还是可以的，老人小孩都表示能接受得了，由于是在网上订好的，可能服务员对订单不是很了解，产生一些误会，经过解释也能协调，希望这样的事情少发生，毕竟去入住肯定是认可你酒店的。
