虽然订了没有入住，但是为酒店点赞，本来今天入住，因为航班取消，同程酒店预订部和酒店沟通全额退了，以后有机会还是会入住！相比较机票售后太差劲了，本来可以改签前一班飞机，却让退票重新预定，导致我买了全价明天的机票，投诉到现在没回复！

房间不太大，但是设施齐全，挺干净的，热水不错，前台服务员态度很好，周围热闹，离深圳火车站很近，这个价钱值了
