服务垃圾，分明在网上定了迷你房210元，去了前台入住，前台告知房已经住满，让我住388的标单，我就说不住了，以为酒店会自动取消订单，结果第二天被告知房子被留到第二天早上，早上接班人员说，当晚有空房子，是我没过去住，房子整完保留，被告知是我的原因没有入住要扣我的房费。该酒店不诚信经营，故意卖高价房给消费者。强烈投诉。
