整体还行。离地铁站得步行个七八分钟，但直接可以走到福田站也不错，坐高铁是方便的。但酒店附近没什么店面，，买东西吃东西都不是很方便。房间乾湿分离。

非常满意的价格住到了非常满意的房间，但是可惜遇到了非常糟糕的服务人员。当天晚上办理入
住时已经很晚，我只身一人刚下飞机，身心俱疲只想回到房间早早冲澡睡觉，却没想到竟一时找不到一次性拖鞋，便联系前台，没过一会，服务人员就“上门服务”来了。先是哐哐哐砸门三声，以示权威，进门后鹰视狼顾杀气腾腾，随后指令我打开左侧牀头柜，发现没有一次性拖鞋后又立即发出打开右侧牀头柜指令，我不敢有半句怨言，立即照做，发现确有两双一次性拖鞋，我尴尬一笑，该服务人员把手中新拿来的两双拖鞋甩到了桌子上，便不再正眼看我，扭头便走，走时还念念有词地呢喃着些什么。这新鲜的感觉让我彷佛误闯了当地帮会，扫地僧都不是好惹的角色，当即我下定决心要会一会其背后的人，却不料最终以一顿免费早餐所打发。因为后续也有相应的行程安排，便作罢了。吃人嘴短，好评奉上，为民避恶，仗义执言，希望你们对得起酒店里的字，真正做的到为人民服务。

Everything was really good. Very comfortable and clean! Nothing to complaint.
The only issue is that they dont speak english in general. Maybe just a few. But, translations apps work fine!

衞生很一般，毛巾上面还有油渍。设施比较老旧，木质的衣柜都已经掉渣。虽然有机器人服务但外卖还是送上来的，坐电梯不用刷卡安全性一般。好处就是可以提前办入住，距离福田高铁站比较近。个人认为性价比一半，两百左右还凑合，三百多的价格就不值

房间很乾净，是智能房，窗井特别漂亮。前台服务员非常热情，耐心回答我们的各种谘询，让我们感动。特意询问了他们的姓名，以便表扬。他们是：钟文娜，何俊达，许保洲。环境其实不差，就是刚进入房间时感觉有点刺眼，似乎是装修不久。

一次离了个大谱的体验单人房改成了双床房卖双床房的价格，床头插座居然在床的正头顶中间，早上睡个觉翻个身就把插头碰掉了。洗衣房只有三对洗衣烘乾机，以其体量而言完全不够用，永远是在排队。中途还突然半夜跳闸了半个多小时。这配电房该修一下了附买家秀和卖家秀。就剩窗外视野不错了。
