隔音太差！太他妈吵了，隔壁的电视声音完全能听到，隔音做得比100多的快捷酒店还差，隔壁房间电视看到深夜一两点，本想要求前台换房间，但只有一晚就忍了。卫生还算不错，布置也还可以，就是隔音非常差！！

一颗星都不想给，冲着全季的品牌来的，一进大堂就有浓浓的霉味，房间也是，设备陈旧，最可笑的是洗手盆水龙头被后面的镜子卡住，根本开不了，也是醉了

这是我全国住过最差的一家全季酒店，这个级别和配置应该算汉庭吧。预订服务极差，确认有房后到店直接称系统化无法保留所有预定到六点以后，闻所未闻。我八点订的写清楚保留到零点的房被酒店确认过的。前台服务人员一句礼貌用语一个笑容都没有。房间内沐浴露和卷纸都是空的，装修也特别陈旧，桌子和沙发都有裂缝，窗户居然还是坏掉的。长途旅行匆忙过一夜实在懒得再去找酒店交涉了。之前经常住全季，一直很信任这个品牌，这次的体验软件和硬件都差到极致，真的是完全配不上全季这个等级。

设施陈旧门都掉漆了，床也很软被子枕头都很很一般，要不是来这边办事外加丽枫深圳就一个还在机场太远肯定不来这里，价钱差不多设施天壤之别，天壤之别！
