Very bad experience, construction work was being done at same floor where I got my room, very noisy, also the bed and mattress were really bad and old, no comfort.

This hotel is extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything feels worn out and neglected, from the rooms to the common areas. Cleanliness is also a serious issue — the room did not feel properly cleaned, and the overall condition was uncomfortable. The facilities and decor are clearly from a very old era and have not been updated at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern, or comfortable stay.

为了办事方便，常选择此处住宿，离地铁站近，离罗湖海关也不算远。房间乾净有序，宾馆式那种，没有早餐，没有空调热气。

房间还可以，就是前台028号的服务员嘴角有颗痣的那位态度特别不好，影响出行的心情，没遇到过这么差劲的前台！其它都挺好的，离口岸进，去香港方便

酒店地理位置其实很不错，临近江边，距地铁站不远
前台服务中规中矩，倒也没有遇到服务态度差的问题。
设施：酒店确实有些年头了，不过本人到觉得还挺有韵味的，老式招待所风。
不过也遇到了一些问题：首先本人定的是带浴缸的豪华大床房，但前台却在不告知的情况下，给我开商务大床房。嫌换房麻烦就住下了。
衞生：重点！！！这间房真的非常非常恶心，不是説打扫乾净的问题，而是房间里有蟑螂！从缝隙爬出来，墙上、床头、、地板、衞生间，都见到了，女朋友可以证明，当晚至少打死了五只以上的小蟑螂！
这种问题不应该出现，或者説，这已经超过了我对酒店的底线。谁希望和一堆爬来爬去的蟑螂共居？
建议：酒店确实有年头了，开在江边，还是早点翻新，通过装修彻底解决缝隙衍生蟑螂的问题。不然没法住。接受不了

酒店是一个比较老的酒店，家俱等设施也明显偏老，但是仍然掩盖不到酒店的优点：一个是酒店的位置很好，距离罗湖口岸一公里多，骑个单车就到了，距离国贸商圈也就几百米的距离，吃喝购物都很方便；二是酒店的房间宽大、热水很足，住起来还是比较舒适，除了床垫稍微偏硬一点点；三是酒店楼下有一定的停车位，自驾过来停车没问题。

房间还好，晚上也不会吵，就是稍微旧了点，整体还不错！离地铁口也不远！住了两晚，在深圳还是可以的，不贵，可以推荐！

什么叫脏乱差这应该就是了，连最起码的一次性拖鞋也不提供，问前台要很不耐烦的説他们酒店不提供，房间里的味道很难闻，有一股很大的酶腥味
