My stay at the H Life Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful, ensuring an excellent service experience. Its convenient location, often noted as a prime highlight by guests, makes it easy to access local transport and amenities.

这次出行的目的是想能隔天一早5am在深圳湾公园起长跑, 享受一些属于自己的时光. 因为只有一人没特别的要求, 选了一间最近公园又价格不贵的旅馆 . 整体来説这旅馆位置无敌, 就算慢步也不到一分钟就到公园. 房间整洁也没异味, 晚上没杂音, 大床也很舒适.
只是地板颜色看下去比较脏一点, 整体服务体验也不差 唯一气愤是这房是可以下午2点前退, 因为早起, 想午睡后才离开, 但服务员在1点打电话到房间, 问我是否续租多一晚….我已被嘈声, 睡不了.....很不高兴地离开了.

糟透了的体验，简单总结如下，详细的话可以看下文。
1. 通知工作人员房间洗手间很重的异味，直接叫我们取消房间，换酒店。
2.有蟑螂、蚊子。
3.清洁不到位。
1. 原本预定的房型，进去发现洗手间很大的异味，关上门整间房间都依然有淡淡的臭味；电话通知前台后，工作人员还没过来查看，反而是说：相同的房型我们只剩这一间，你可以取消房间到附近预订吧。舟车劳顿后已经身心俱疲，这样的情况下，协商后带我们到另一间可以住同样人数的房间，然后在我们已经明确表达房间问题不应该由住客承担责任，依然让我们补差价（￥50）换房间。虽然隔了一段时间后又退回了差价，但说实话，心情已经很受影响了。
2. 新的房间有蚊子，还居然有蟑螂（见下图）。
3. 房间地板明显位置都一堆尘，毛巾也有少污积，望周知。
入住体验身心俱疲，不建议。
