离店的时候感觉严重差评，之前已告知前台退房，理论上是2点退房，收拾时稍微慢了一点，2点10分办理的退房，竟然态度很差的，什么也没说加收了半天的房费费用！之前电话询问是否退房均未说明迟了要这样加收费用！前台的女服务员服务态度超差。
