很差很差很差，前台态度像**，一样。房间靠路边很吵，不打电话没有一次性拖鞋，退房时两对情侣想开两间房但是只有一间。我说退房，前台一句稍等都没，我就在那干等着，对那对情侣说要等三个小时才有空房，我说我要退房！前台也不说话，知道我发火“你**把我这房间退了他们不就有房间了吗！？”然后又说退了房没有服务员打扫，情侣生气说当时打电话预定的时候明明有房，然后前台男的又说有服务员了。在深圳，最差的一次住宿，两个前台两个**，酒店怎么找的人
