精品酒店，新派中式的设计，相对比较舒适，大堂有书吧可以随意闲坐看书！酒店楼下有免费的停车场停车很方便，酒店的卫生也很干净，酒店人员的服务态度都很好，都是微笑打招呼，很热情！前台工作人员Hannah服务态度很好很热心，用心为我们解决问题

酒店大堂的风格很喜欢，入住酒店，前厅的接待Hannah在办入住时很热心，整个办理入住过程中笑容都很好，提出的一些出行的问题，都很好的为我们解决了，服务很贴心，给他们点个赞.。上到房间感觉也很好，空间很大，房间的卫生也很干净，床很大很舒服。还有一个书吧！特别值得一提的是早餐也不错，总的来说这次的入住很满意，下次来深圳还会继续入住该酒店

我要投诉这个，我空气差 ，我想换房间没床，给的我双人床， 开空调一天房间里还是有味道，今天回去看见房间里还有几只壁虎。。fk 我果断不住了
