半夜到了大梅沙，在湖心岛找个半天也没看到这个酒店，打电话说过来人接，最后有人过来带领着去了另外一家酒店(房间发霉，靠马路边，走廊里全是杂物)，根本不在湖心岛！估计是被转卖了！绝对差评！

两个家庭各用账户订了一间房，已经预付。有一家收到电话说没房，为方便游玩一起调剂到水云间的两间，倒是可以看到海，但不在同层，都是复式楼，相同价位一间新装修不错，另间老旧没wifi,热水气龙头断了，容易割到手，其他不提了，玩的累了将就住。退房时，旅馆说没收到同程付款要扣押金（入住时都没提），要旅客自己找同程。打同程电话四次，转接三次，客服突然说听不见讲话，没信号挂机。心塞，烦闷，破坏大家心情，花费长途话费反复给同程投诉处理，耗时一小时最后押金全退。总结是预付也不一定有保障，一直用同程惟独这次心塞，好在最后解决，公寓服务员态度还好，需要同程流程培训！

除了地理位置比较难找其他都不错。地点比较靠近大梅沙方向，我们是从大峡谷过去所以找了半天才找到。整体感觉不错，环境卫生都挺好，小阳台海风挺大，很舒适。第二天舍不得离开。

公寓比较干净，环境也不错，离大梅沙很近，唯一不足，介绍说有wifi实无，也可理解！很喜欢。
