优点：地理位置比较好，出行方便，距离地铁站大概200米。
缺点：在南山区住快捷酒店第一次遇到没有电梯的，要自己提行李走楼梯到三楼。
总体还行，出来出差也就图个方便，住宿条件也就将就也就过得去就行，毕竟对这方面要求不高，只要基本干净整洁就行。
对于在外出差对住宿条件有所要求的人，可能会不合适，自己评估。

位置方便，服务也还算OK。但房间设施和卫生待改善，拉开衣柜拿衣架发现有小强，浴室没有挂钩，花洒一半是不出水的，但当时行程快结束也懒得再换房了。

行李可以工作人员帮忙拿上楼，房间很小，可能四个人住，但是还可以，不过隔音效果一般，聊聊天看个电视就会被投诉，楼下是火锅店，设备挺好，很近地铁站，楼下还有很多吃的，这点很满意
