刚入住就发现床单好像是没换的，问前台前台说床上用品隔天一换，这个我不能理解，不过在我再三要求下，他还是让服务员过来帮我换了，周边环境的话，挺好的有吃的公交。对了酒店不提供停车位.也没停车票.让住客自己找停车位.还有就是一大早楼上在装修简直无法入睡.最后吐槽前台.前一天就登记资料第二天就没有.还必须带原证件去登记.难道旅客资料不能查吗

差评！！这家酒店根本不顾客户的体验，不讲实际原因，可以说是唯利是图！
由于艺龙软件中酒店预定方面操作不太熟练，错误定下这间酒店，并完成了支付。当时就发现错误并马上说明原因提出退款的申请，结果该酒店压根不从实际情况出发，并不为客户着想。艺龙平台应该还是做了酒店工作的，但最终也没能取消订单，误付的房钱一分也没退。最终我们并未入住该酒店，在这里给以差评，希望引起其他人注意了！
