一次性洗漱用品需要主动去问才会提供给你。而且楼层前台经常找不到人的。在厕所洗澡前台打电话询问是否退房没接到，过没多久就有人来敲门，还好上了锁，喊了等一下。过没多久又来敲。预订是238预授权刷了我243
