因为是临时在艺龙上订的，入住时前台说查不到信息，让我上一边等。过了20分钟，又累又困，我给前台看了手机上的预定信息, 前台仍然说没法办理入住然后继续低头玩手机。最终不得不打电话给艺龙客服出面协调，才给办了入住。
第二天早上起床后，发现淋浴的水温极低，赶着出门，之后咬牙冲了凉水澡。
四星级？反正我是不信。快捷酒店都不至于这样。

真的很一般哎，我住过四星酒店最差一家就是这个酒店了。晚上空调自动关闭，都被冻死了！找服务员，服务员不给正确处理，说让我们等，等着它升温，结果越等温度越低，都被冻感冒了！
