酒店环境，卫生都非常好，周边就是天虹购物中心，吃饭买东西都很方便。下次还会选择住这里。

几年没来住凯嘉了，确实有所改善，以前一直提出的网络问题现在好很多了。周边环境也初具规模，商场小吃一应俱全。但是提个小小改善意见，如果酒店注意节能环保故意将空调温度设置比较高的话，建议将床铺被褥换薄一些，否则入睡还是有些热的。早餐是到10点结束，但9点30下去已经很多是光盘没有补充了。小细节还是应该注意的。

不錯、但游泳池開放時間實在不能接受、早上7:00-10:00、下午5:00-10:00、本來想曬太陽的我、跟本不能用、真的太差、酒店方面一定要改善
