入住凯嘉这么多年了，没想到一些问题还是没有彻底改善，主要是2点。35度以上的高温，房里空调不温不火。网络任然不太稳定，人多就容易掉线。这两个问题反馈了很多次，有段时间以为改善了，事实证明，还是没有做到。
